个人简介
杨敏,中国科学院生态环境科学研究中心研究员,博士生导师,党员,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。现任工业废水无害化与资源化国家工程研究中心主任,ES&T Water副主编。
1992年3月在日本广岛大学获得博士学位,后在日本工作6年,1998年回国工作。长期专注水中特征污染物的识别、生物过程及控制技术研究与应用,在饮用水嗅味的识别与调控技术以及油田、抗生素等行业废水的资源化与无害化处理方面取得重要突破。出版专著3部,发表论文400余篇,连续9年列入爱思唯尔中国高被引学者,获授权发明专利40余件,成果应用于37项工程的建设与运行,主持或参加6项国家、行业标准指南编制,在松花江硝基苯污染、太湖蓝藻水华事件、汶川地震、新冠疫情等历次重大事件中发挥了重要科技支撑作用,支撑外交部解决驻艰苦地区使领馆饮用水安全问题,支撑商务部建设“中斯水中心”、生态环境部筹建“中-柬环境合作中心”。分别于2007年和2017年获得国家自然科学奖,2021年获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖,2023年获国家科技进步一等奖(排名第2)。
